About Fruit Lambic
While color varies depending on fruits used in their brewing, Fruit Lambics are typically pale in color. The aromas and flavors of Fruit Lambics are also dependent on the fruits added. The fruits added should serve to balance the sourness of the base beer. Raspberry, peach, blackcurrant, grape and strawberry are the fruits most commonly used in making these beers. Beers of this kind are light in body and tart in finish.
