Information Collection

For each registered user, we collect a user name, e-mail address, date of birth, gender, and zip code. We use this information to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor and to contact users regarding their account. Pintley will never share individual user information with other organizations for commercial purposes without user consent.

Unregistered users may use the portions of the Pintley site that do not require registration. Pintley may store the IP addresses of these users.

Public User Profiles

Pintley users may chose to create and share information in a public profile. Information may include biography, age or birth date, location, interests, a photo, and any other information the user wishes to share. Users create and maintain a public profile at their sole discretion and may add, edit, delete, or otherwise modify information on their profile at any time by logging into their account.

Cookies

We use cookies to store visitors preferences, record session information, record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit, alert visitors to new areas that we think might be of interest to them when they return to our site, and customize web page content based on visitors' browser type or other information that the visitor sends.

Information Sharing with Third Parties

With user consent, we may make the e-mail addresses of those who register on our site available to other reputable organizations whose products or services we think our users might find interesting. If you do not want us to share your e-mail address with other companies or organizations, please make sure you have unchecked the box next to "Yes, I would like to receive email from relevant Pintley partners" on your account settings page.

Changes to Privacy Policy

From time to time, Pintley will update its privacy policy. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and we will use for these new purposes only data collected from the time of the policy change forward. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our website periodically.

Accessing and Changing Your Account Information

Registered users can review the personal information they provided to Pintley and make any desired changes to the information at any time by logging in to their account and editing the information on the account settings page. They can also close their account by contacting Pintley through the contact us page.
