About French Cider
French Ciders are medium to deep gold in color. The aroma and flavor of these ciders is very rich and fruity. Although made with bittersweet and bitter-sharp apples, there is little suggestion of apple in the taste, which is best described simply as full and dry. These ciders are medium to full in body and quite carbonated.
