OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
A Sweepstakes will be offered during each calendar month in 2011 (each such month a "Sweepstakes Period") beginning 12:00:00 a.m. on January 1, 2011 and ending 11:59:59 p.m. on December 31, 2011. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Pintley reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes Prior to the start of any Sweepstakes Period. If Pintley modifies, cancels, terminates or suspends the Sweepstakes, a notice will be posted on pintley.com at least 24 hours prior to the start of the sweepstakes period and Pintley will have no liability to the entrants or otherwise based on its exercise of such right.
1. HOW TO ENTER: You automatically receive one (1) entry ("Entry") in this Sweepstakes when you log in to your Pintley account at Pintley.com or using any of Pintley's mobile applications during the Sweepstakes Period. Registration and logging in on Pintley ("the Website") are free. Each entry will be deemed submitted by the record holder of the e-mail address associated with the registration. If Sponsor discovers that any individual attempted to register more than once, all of his/her Entries may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, be declared null and void. Limit: one (1) registration per person.
Once you have entered the sweepstakes, you may receive additional Entries by completing any one or more of the following activites (each an "Activity" and collectively, the "Activities"). For the purposes of this sweepstakes, "on Pintley" is defined as on the Pintley website at http://www.pintley.com or, where applicable, the Pintley mobile application at http://m.pintley.com, or, where applicable, the Pintley Android and iOS applications:

ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 PM (ET) ON THE LAST DAY OF EACH SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. Sponsor's determination about whether an Activity has been completed and Entries earned is final and binding. By entering, you acknowledge and agree to the Website's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. No illegible, incomplete, forged or altered Entries will be accepted. All Entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
2. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners will be determined from among all eligible Entries received in a random drawing to be conducted about one month following the end of the Sweepstakes Period by independent representatives of Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by e-mail using the email address provided at registration.
3. PRIZES AND ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize: a one-year supply of craft beer (awarded as a $500 pre-paid debit card or a $500 check made payable to winner). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $500. One (1) First Prize: a case of your favorite beer (awarded as a $50 pre-paid debit card or $50 check made payable to winner). ARV: $50. Three (3) Second Prizes: a craft beer pack (awarded as a $20 pre-paid debit card or a $20 check made payable to winner). ARV: $20. Total ARV of all prizes: $610. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received. Limit: one (1) prize per person. Sponsor reserves right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded, assuming a sufficient number of eligible Entries. No other substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Sponsor responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the responsibility solely of winners.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States, age 21 or older as of the starting date of the given Sweepstakes Period, except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor and its affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.
5. VERIFICATION OF WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Each winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity release. Prize may be awarded to alternate winner if prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable or if affidavit/release(s) are not returned within 10 days after mailing to winner. Each winner agrees to use of his/her name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law.
6. GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Delaware. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States of America. Sponsor and judges not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage due or misdirected Entries, mail or communications, for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices, or transmission lines or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of Entry materials, loss or otherwise. Further, Sponsor and judges not responsible for electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant's e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. The use of automated software or computer programs to register or to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and any individual who uses or attempts to use such methods to register or to enter will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict access from any IP address if suspicious activity is detected. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes in any manner that it deems fair and equitable to participants should any virus, bug, technical failure, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted on the Website and a random drawing will be held from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to such time. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant (and all of his/her Sweepstakes Entries) from this Sweepstakes or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if he/she tampers with the entry process or if his/her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that he/she is eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor and its directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activity. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
