About Irish Red Ale
As the name suggests, these ales are amber to deep red in color (a result of the small amount of roasted barley used in the brewing process). They have an aroma of caramel and butter or toffee. Red Irish Ales are sweet and well-rounded, with flavors of toasted malt and roasted grain.
