About Braggot
Braggot tends to be light straw to dark brown in color. The aroma of a Braggot will be a blend of the fragrance of honey with the aroma of the base beer. Similarly, the flavor of these meads should be a complementary balance between honey and the base beer. These meads can be light to heavy in body but will tend to finish quite sweet.
