About this Brewery

At White Birch Brewing, our goal is to brew great beer for the enthusiasts. We are a one barrel brewery located in Hooksett, NH. Taking an artisan approach to brewing, we will release unique interpretations of Belgian styles, Barleywines, Imperial Stouts and Wild ales. Each batch is bottle conditioned and aged at the brewery. It's a slow process, but one we wouldn't trade.
