This Pale Ale was good, but not great according to my pallet. It's a nice color, but is just missing that bite I greatly enjoy from other Pale Ale's.
Not too bad for a pale. Could use more malt flavor. Makes me want an IPA
A great IPA! Stone has lots of great beer and a tremendous amount of choices
nice for a pale ale
I didn't really dig it. Too bitter in a West Coast IPA kind of way. If I want an IPA, I'll get an IPA. I guess I'm an east coast style Pale Ale guy.
good beer a bit pricey for my liking
Basically a little hopped up Pale Ale, somewhere between a Pale Ale and an IPA. More than your standard english Pale but less than an a typical IPA. I liked it.
Remember, more bitter than u think
Nice creamy beer with a fair amount of hops but not overboard. Nice reddish/golden hue with a frothy head.
Good
Overall really good pale ale. A little heavy on the hops/bitterness for a pale ale. Borders an IPA in flavor.
Nothing to exciting here. A solid pale ale, but nothing about this beer made it distinct.
This is a smooth pale ale with nice malt character and a smooth hop balance... A great English pale ale
New instant favorite!
Stone Pale Ale is a beer for masses without being generic. You can taste the hops but it doesn't overwhelm.
Definitely a hopped up version of a pale ale, basically a light IPA, but great never the less. copper in color with awesome citrusy, piney american hops in the nose and taste. You get a hint of the caramel malt in the flavor of the beer but it isn't too sweet and dissipates quickly. Very refreshing beer.
Very nice evenly hopped brew. Goes down easy. A bit pricey.
one of my top 2 APA's
Surprisingly smooth and crisp
Nice light hop finish
