St. Botolph's Town

Nice malty flavor. Weaker than a porter. Almost like a cross between a porter and light abbey ale.

After the first few sips, your hit with a sudden craving for meats from the grill!

Big brown malt flavor. Smells clean & crisp lolike a lager yeast profile. It has some eye or spicy notes. Nice wet drinkable beer

Meadhall, 4 Cambridge Center

Had this on their tap at Bonnaroo. Nice Nut Brown Ale, but still a little light for my tastes. Good beer however.

Not as heavily malted as some browns. Quite good.

Super smooth, almost creamy texture, and hoppy. This is a sipping / cocktail beer that would go great with some desert. The 22oz bottle is all you need for a night (well at least an hour)!

Walked around Boston brown-bagging this one. Classy? No. Tasty? Yes.

I am an IPA man and this is the first beer outside that style to really floats my boat. It reminds me of a great cup of coffee. Strong malty flavor but not overpowering. Enough hops to keep this hop head happy. It's expensive but I cannot seem to steer away from it.

Good flavor and lots of it -just nothing special. I couldn't pick this out of a line up. :)
