Otter Creek Brewing's eleventh beer on the "OTTER CREEK WORLD TOUR" is inspired by Japan. Otter San is a full-bodied pale amber ale brewed with rice, pilsner malt, Hallertauer hops, authentic Koji, and sake yeast. As they say in Japan- Kanpei!
