I could drink this all day. You barely taste the ginger up until you swallow, then you get a nice little hint there at the end. Definitely a summer beer, it is meant to be drunk on a porch or balcony while grilling. Preferably while shirtless.

A very good Belgian-style Blond Ale with a twist. Pale in color with a forthy head and good lacing. Classic aroma and dryness. Smooth and moderately carbonated. Hints of ginger are mix with citrus to create a spicy finish.
