About Hightail Ale (AU)
The Hightail is an English inspired amber ale. It has a rich malt body and floral hop aroma. Alcohol content comes in at 4.5% (1.2 standard drinks per bottle). We handcraft our ales with the utmost care and avoid all preservatives, additives and pasteurisation. “Nose offers a mixture of toffee and fruit aromas with a lovely aromatic lift. Complex palate offers burnt phenolic characters that are complemented by fresh slightly sweet flavours.” Winestate Magazine.
