About Free State Hefe Weizen
This is a very light, Bavarian style wheat beer that is an excellent refresher in the warmer months. Hefe Weizen contains nearly 50% wheat malt to give it a light, tart flavor balanced with pale malt and just a bit of Munich malt for flavor and aroma. It is very lightly hopped with Yakima Perle and German Hallertau hops.
