Love this unique Belgian. Slightly sweet, some spiciness from the hops.

I liked this beer. It was complex. Loved the sweet, fruity aroma and then the change to a bit spicier with clove and cardamom. It was neutral on it (hence the 3 rating) until I took a bite of an appetizer of gnocchi, prisciutto, asparagus, tomato, and parmesan...it was the perfect pair, smoothing out the beer. Delicious!
