Donnybrook Stout

Very good, smooth Stout. Not heavy. A very enjoyable beer.

weak! light, not a good taste

Appearance was quite decieving. Thick creamy head that lasted. Lighting in bar was very dim so I couldn't quite make out the hue of the beer itself. Creamy start but then nothing until a bitter end. Very thin and very thin tasting. Even the bitter ending was just an ending and not a satisfactory conclusion. Probably low ABV plays a part in the thinness.

Everything about this beer is great except the taste and price... If there's this and Guinness and you order this, punch yourself in the face... You deserve it.

Like a smoky guiness. Pretty. Nice mouth feel.

Nice roast malt character in flavor and nose. Balanced nicely with hop bitterness.

this should probably be a 3 star except that it was so disappointing for victory. to be brief: thin thin thin. taste suffers as a result. beautiful head, but otherwise disappointing for a stout (though, dark is not victory's strong suit, despite the quality of stormking!)

Creamy at first and finishes with a roasted malt flavor

Standard stout with nice subtle roastiness with a smooth finish . Seems little lighter on body but overall easy drinking stout . Also got it in draft ( nitro ) for 3$ ( all day happy hour )

Basically a Guinness clone. Pleasant flavor, but not enough of it. Smooth mouthfeel from the nitro pour. A bit more hop character than expected, but overall it's still kind of watery.

An awesome stout that is not heavy (low abv) & one that has an nice rich creamy head w/ rosted malts!
