About Creemore Springs Traditional Pilsner
When celebrating another milestone our 20th anniversary, our brew master Gord Fuller and the brewers once again created something special, Creemore Springs Traditional Pilsner. It is their interpretation of a classic Czech Pilsner. The first pilsner was brewed in 1842, over a hundred years ago, in the Bohemian town of Plzen. Revolutionary at the time, it was a fired-brewed beer characterized by a rich golden color, sweet malty flavour and an abundance of hop. Similar to original pilsners, our direct fire brewing process and combination of specialty malts yield a beer with a deep golden color and delicious malt flavors. Our very own spring water creates a soft pure background on which Czech hops impart a fresh fragrant aroma and bitter finish.
