A: Pours a very pale amber with a decent white head and lacing. S: well how to put this mildly . . . smells a little like vomit. T: yipes, thank god it doesn't taste quite as much like vomit as the smell but still pretty bad (this could be an 'off' bottle, bought in a suspect liquor store). will have to try again, not worth discussing until then.

Nice amber color. Not the best Belgium, but a standard representation of the style.

Nice clear amber color with a thick white head. Not a whole lot of aroma but fruity belgian yeast esters are more prevalent than the hop aroma. Balance is on the sweet side which I've come to expect from Belgian beers. Nice tangy flavor that I think fits this beer. This one I could drink a ton of. Can't drink this too cold as the colder temps cover up the subtle flavors.

Sight: Dark honey-amber, medium density head. Nose: nuts, smoke + weak citrus. Reminds me a bit of Oma's cabbage rolls.
