Good beer with strong chinook aroma and taste but not overbearing. Solid ipa
not a pliny, but on the right track
nice hoppy aroma and bitter taste
A: Pours a light gold with a soapy head that dissipates quickly leaving nice lacing. T: I'm not a huge American IPA fan, but this one definitely has some mature, complex characteristics: a delightful pine-resin hoppyness, subtle citrus notes (grapefruit) and a dry, clean, but not overwhelming bitter 'bite' on the backend.
nose reminds me of a double trouble n myrcenary. very smooth n drinkable. agree it's not as good as pliny but still very good. pungent hop character with a soft bitter finish
Sweet piney aroma. Dry hoppy flavor with a bitter finish.
Very smooth and refreshing IPA.
not as good as pliny but still great
Great IPA
good beer. hoppy enough to buy some more.
Delicious and refreshing IPA living in the shadows of Pliny the Elder.
An amazing beer. Fresh hop taste!! Yum!!!!
I'll be sharing with Brian soon
Picked up a few of these to trade. Enjoyed one of these with some friends who are not big beer drinkers. Overall a nice hop profile. Piney flavor and grassy smell. Easy drink on a hot day.
An excellent ipa! Well balanced and easy to drink!
Yummy Pig!
Pliny The Elder's more easy-going brother. Delicious piney hops flavor, but not as bold or with as big a kick. Also easier to find and cheaper. A wonderful IPA, try it if you can.
A nearly perfect IPA. Well hopped, but not bitter. Herbal and floral notes throughout. Creamier texture than most IPAs. Awesome.
Very hoppy and well carbonated. Best looking beer I have every seen.
