About Anchor Old Foghorn
Old Foghorn is highly hopped, using only Cascade hops. It is fermented with top-fermenting ale yeast. Carbonation is produced by a natural process called "bunging," which produces bubbles. Our "barleywine ale" is dry-hopped while it ages in our cellars.
